We did have issues with the white glove delivery, but it was no fault of this company. The customer service was so kind and showed genuine concern when I emailed about the delivery issues. "I purchased this sofa sleeper sectional for a vacation property. It's a firm couch which is comfortable to me, but benefits from adding extra throw pillows. It is easy to convert to a full-size queen sleeper, and we are glad we bought the mattress topper! I will say that one of the back panels doesn't line up with the rest and the storage box back panel was missing the proper drill holes for assembly and we had to drill through the fabric ourselves to complete the assembly. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the couch!"

I love how it folds into a sleeper (very unique) and how it has storage for bedding. Also, very cool idea feature with the phone charger built in. Would definitely order again. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because it was difficult to put together. We had trouble lining up the screws on the storage part of the couch. It took four of us to complete the job. That being said, it’s still a beautiful couch."
"only had couch for about ten days but so far so good very easy transition to bed comfortable so far not to soft which is good no one wants to sink in a whole sitting on a couch but material is a bit scratchy hoping i can get past this goes well in my room and the description is very accurate delivery was white glove delivery men were excellent really corner seat is very comfortable and i wasn’t sure how that would be"
