1. Warehouse & Order Processing
- All orders ship from our Stockton, California warehouse.
- Processing takes 1–2 business days (pick, pack, quality check).
2. Delivery Options & Fees
Orders over $999
- White Glove Delivery – includes delivery to your room of choice, full setup, and packaging removal.
- Fee: Free
Orders $999 or less
- White Glove Delivery for sofas and chairs, or Standard Threshold Delivery for ottomans and toppers.
- Fee: 10% delivery fee
Remote Addresses
- Extra delivery fees may apply for remote locations.
- Fee: Displayed at checkout
3. Scheduling Your Delivery
- White Glove orders: Delivery team contacts you to confirm date/time and check for access issues (stairs, elevators, etc.).
Smaller items (ottomans, toppers): Typically shipped by UPS/FedEx — you’ll get tracking info, but no scheduled appointment.
4. Preparing for Delivery
- Measure your space — make sure boxes fit through doors, halls, elevators.
- Clear a safe path from entry to your room of choice.
- If you live in an apartment/condo, confirm building delivery rules ahead of time.

5. Delivery Timelines
- Processing: 1–2 business days.

- White Glove: Includes delivery scheduling; drivers usually call ~30 minutes before arrival.
6. Packaging & Assembly
- We ship in compact boxes; assembly tools (if needed) are included.
- White Glove service includes assembly and removal of packaging.
- Standard Delivery = drop-off only (assembly and trash removal not included).
7. Delivery Issues
- Damage: Take photos right away and contact us. We’ll arrange repair, replacement, or refund.
- Delays: We’ll keep you updated and reschedule if needed.
- Lost package: If a courier misplaces your order, we’ll handle it with them on your behalf.
