We want you to love your Coddle furniture. If something isn’t right, this page explains your warranty coverage and how to return (or exchange) products. We try to keep things fair, simple, and transparent.

  • 1-Year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty on all Coddle products from Coddle or authorized retailers.

1. Warranty

  • We cover manufacturing defects or normal faults in materials/parts for one year from your order date on all Coddle products (including toppers and pillows). 
  • To use the warranty, you’ll need:
  1. the email address used to place the order;
  2. your original purchase confirmation (order number). 
  • Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, modifications, normal wear & tear, or anything caused by the customer or outside of what we specify. 
  • The warranty is voided if the product has been resold or re-gifted.

2. Returns / 30-Day Trial

  • You may return any Coddle product within 30 calendar days of when our shipping partner confirms delivery. 
  • To be eligible, you must email us at customerservice@coddleme.com by 11:59 PM ET on the 30th day to initiate the return. 
  • You may also cancel an order before the shipping label is created
  • Returns are not guaranteed—Coddle will assess the condition.

3. Return Conditions & Fees

  • Products must be in usable condition: no stains, tears, strong odors, etc. We may ask for photos/videos to judge condition. 
  • Return shipping is free for U.S. customers if you still have and use the original packaging materials. 
  • If original packing materials are missing, a 20% restocking fee will apply. 
  • If we schedule a pickup for your return and you miss the appointment, a fee may be charged. (We will inform you of that fee when we schedule.) 
  • Returns from outside the continental U.S. are not eligible. 

4. Limitations on Multiple Returns

  • You may return up to two units of the same product type from your original order (per shipping address). 
  • If you return one product of a certain type, you will not be eligible for another 30-day trial on future purchases of that same product type. 

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will go back to the same payment method you used to buy. 
  • If you used a discount code or gift code, the value of that code won’t be credited back if you return the item. 
  • Once the return is accepted, refunds are typically issued within two weeks of completing our return process. The process itself may take several weeks depending on location and logistics. 

6. Contact & Submission

  • To start a return, contact customerservice@coddleme.com (include your order number, photos if needed). 
  • Be ready to show your order confirmation email (or other proof of purchase).
