Do you offer fabric swatches?

Do you offer financing?

Yes. With Bread Pay™ financing, you can split your purchase into affordable monthly payments (sometimes starting at 0% APR, subject to approval).

How quickly will my order ship?

Most in-stock items ship from our California warehouse within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days depending on your location. See full details on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details by email.

Orders & Backorders

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

Your order is placed into our workshop queue and may begin fulfillment shortly after submission. As a result, edits may not be possible once processing has begun. If you need to request a modification, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made.

Can I cancel my order?

You may be able to cancel before processing begins. Contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@coddleme.com and we’ll see what can be done.

What does it mean if an item is on backorder?

Backorder means the product is temporarily out of stock but available to reserve. The estimated shipping window will be shown on the product page and at checkout.

Do I pay now or when my backorder ships?

Payment is processed when you place the order. This reserves your item in the queue.

Can I cancel a backorder?

Yes, backorders can be canceled any time before shipping.

Why isn’t my promo code working?

Per our terms, discounts and promotions cannot be combined. Only one promo code may be applied per order. During promotional periods, additional codes may be blocked.

Shipping, Delivery & Assembly

What delivery options do you offer?
  • White Glove Delivery: Free for orders $1,000+. Includes room-of-choice delivery, assembly, and packaging removal.
  • Standard Delivery: Drop-off to your entryway. Available for smaller items or orders under $1,000 (10% fee).
Can I cancel my order?

Do I need to be home for delivery?

Yes. An adult (18+) must be present to accept and sign for furniture deliveries.

How should I prepare for delivery?

Measure entryways, hallways, stairs, and elevators to ensure your furniture will fit. Clear a safe path, and let us know about any special access details (stairs, no elevator, narrow doors). For full tips, check out our Delivery Guide.

What’s included in White Glove Delivery?

Delivery to your room of choice, furniture assembly, and packaging removal.

Do you deliver outside the continental U.S.?

Currently, we only deliver within the contiguous United States.

What if there’s a delay?

We’ll notify you directly and reschedule as needed.

Warranty & Returns

What is your warranty?

All Coddle products come with a 1-year limited manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. See our full Warranty & Returns page.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day trial period starting the day your order is delivered. If your furniture isn’t the right fit, contact us by day 30 to initiate a return.

What condition does the product need to be in for a return?

Items must be in usable condition (no stains, odors, or damage). If you have the original packaging, returns are free. Without packaging, a 20% restocking fee applies.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Take photos immediately and contact us — we’ll walk you through the claims or repair process.

How do refunds work?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is accepted. Discount codes or gift cards aren’t refundable.

Product Care & Materials

How do I clean Coddle fabrics?

Most of our performance fabrics can be spot-cleaned with mild soap and water. Blot gently — avoid harsh cleaners or bleach. For full tips, check out our Care Guide.

Are cushion covers removable and washable?

Some products include removable covers. Check your product’s care guide for details.

What materials are your products made of?

We design with durable foams, woods, and performance fabrics. Detailed specs are available on each product page.

Do you sell replacement parts?

Yes. Replacement cushions, covers, and hardware are available. Contact customerservice@coddleme.com for availability.

Where are Coddle products made and shipped from?

All products are designed in the USA and manufactured in Vietnam, then shipped from our California warehouse.

Do you use sustainable packaging?

Yes. We’re committed to reducing waste by using recycled and recyclable materials wherever possible.

Are your products ethically made?

Yes. We partner only with manufacturers who meet the highest standards of labor ethics. We have zero tolerance for forced or child labor and regularly audit facilities to ensure compliance. We are also investing in more sustainable operations to reduce our overall footprint.

Showrooms & Experiencing Products

Where can I try out your products in person?

We don’t operate retail stores or showrooms for the public. Selling direct-to-consumer allows us to keep prices fair.
