"We received our couch 2 weeks late. When it did arrive, they could not complete the installation due to the frame missing 2 screw holes. They left the couch for us to use since it was usable with the two screws missing. We are now waiting for the replacement. Customer service is great though. They addressed our issues right away. "Overall built quality is very good, however, if I got a chance to try this in a show room, this would not have been my choice. I have few issues, that is hard to determine by just looking at photos. I hope this review helps next buyer. If you like clean, more rounded edges, you won't get that here. By this I mean if you prefer when seems are inside rather than being outside creating little edge you won't get that here. Let's call this a personal preference. Second note relate to how extremely firm back cushions are which when combined with 3rd note makes it very uncomfortable to sit on this sofa. I frankly have never seen back cushions being so firm in any sofa before, and I tend to change sofas every 4-5 years. Third note, due to how this sofa is designed the back support for back cushions are at 90% angle and combined this with very firm cushions means that you are forced to sit up uncomfortably straight up. When you try to put back seat cushions at like 30% angle, they simply tend to slide back, but more importantly it creates much shorter area to sit on. This sofa overall also a bit on a low from the ground, thus combining all this just really seems like some design oversight. My current options that I am trying first is spending even more money on wedge pillows to give that angle support. If that does not help will have to test return policy."
