Who Should Apply
The 8-week internship is open to anyone 21 or older, located in the 48 contiguous states and D.C, with WiFi, a knack for binge-watching and the confidence to go viral in sweatpants. Prior experience with nesting, napping or being chronically online is a bonus but not required. The role includes creating content for Coddle’s social channels from the comfort of your very own sofa.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. THIS CONTEST IS INTENDED FOR ENTRANTS LOCATED IN THE FORTY-EIGHT (48) CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA. VOID IN ALASKA, HAWAII AND WHERE PROHIBITED. SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. ENTRANTS ARE PROVIDING INFORMATION TO SPONSOR AND NOT TO INSTAGRAM. THIS CONTEST IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED, OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH INSTAGRAM.
1. DESCRIPTION: The “The Coddled Intern Contest” (the "Contest") invites eligible entrants (each, an “Entrant” and collectively, “Entrants”) to compete for an eight (8) week “Summer Intern Experience” as described herein. The Sponsor of this Contest is Coddle Inc., 88 S. 3rd St., #191, San Jose, CA 95113 ("Sponsor"). The administrator of this Contest is Creative Zing Promotion Group, LLC ("Administrator"), 2100 E. Robinson St., Orlando, FL 32803. Sponsor and Administrator shall collectively be referred to as the “Contest Entities”. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
The Contest will operate as follows:
- Submission Period: The submission period begins at 6:00:00 am Pacific Time (“PT”) on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, and ends on Tuesday, June 3, 2025 at 11:59:59 pm PT (the “Submission Period”).
- Random Selection: On or about Wednesday, June 4, 2025, up to five hundred (500) Submissions will be randomly drawn to progress for Submission Review, Evaluation & Judging, as more fully described below (“Random Selection”).
- Submission Review, Evaluation & Judging: Eligible Submissions selected in the Random Selection will be evaluated by the “Judging Panel” (as that term is defined below) according to the criteria in Section 5 of these Official Rules. The Judging Panel will select one (1) winner (the “Winner”), pending confirmation of eligibility as detailed below.
- Winner Notification: On or about Wednesday, June 11, 2025, the potential Winner will be notified according to Section 6 of these Official Rules.
2. ENTRANT ELIGIBILITY: In order for an Entrant to participate in the Contest and to be considered as a potential Winner, the Entrant must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Entrant must be a legal United States resident residing in the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or Washington, D.C., (i.e., excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions);
- Entrant must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry;
- Entrant must NOT be under any contractual obligation that would conflict with this Contest or the Official Rules, including but not limited to obligations under professional guild obligations, talent agent, or talent management agreements;
- Entrant must be a registered user of Instagram for entry, have a non-private Instagram account, and be in compliance with Instagram’s terms of use. Such Instagram account can be obtained for free by visiting Instagram and following the on-screen instructions. Each Entrant must be the rightful owner (or have authorized use) of the Instagram account associated with the entry. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an Entrant or potential winner in the Contest, the Entrant or potential Winner will be deemed the Authorized Account Holder of the Instagram account associated with the entry, as long as such person is otherwise eligible in accordance with these Official Rules. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person in whose name the Instagram account was opened. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of an Entrant or potential Winner cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible;
- Entrant, if selected as the potential Winner, must consent to a background check as a condition of being considered or confirmed as the Winner. Such background check may include (but is not limited to) investigation of criminal or other arrest or conviction record, and any other factor deemed relevant by Contest Entities to help ensure that an individual’s participation in the Contest will not, in Contest Entities’ sole discretion, bring the Released Parties (as defined below) into public disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule or reflect unfavorably on the Released Parties, as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. If requested, Entrant agrees to sign a waiver authorizing the release of personal and background information. Contest Entities reserve the right to contact any person or entity, including any third party, referenced in the background check; and
- Entrant must not be an employee, owner, shareholder, officer or director of Contest Entities or any of the foregoing’s parent companies, affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries, agents, representatives, promotion and advertising agencies, together with the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such persons (collectively, “Household Members”). For purposes of the Contest "Household Members" shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three months a year; "Immediate Family Members" shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses.
3. HOW TO ENTER & SUBMISSION CRITERIA: During the Submission Period, eligible Entrants must follow these steps to enter:
- Log in to your Instagram account and follow @get_coddled by visiting Sponsor Instagram account at https://www.instagram.com/get_coddled/ and clicking “Follow”. Entrant must continue to follow Sponsor throughout the Submission Period, and for at least fifteen (15) days thereafter (for potential notification purposes). Entrant may unfollow Sponsor after the fifteen (15) day notification period.
- Create a unique and original post (“Post”) comprised of a video of up to :30 seconds ("Video”) created by Entrant showcasing why Entrant deserves the cushiest internship in America, tag @get_coddled, and include the hashtag “#Coddle_Contest[RO1] ” (the “Hashtag”) in the caption of the Post (NOT in the comments), for the Entry to be valid. Submissions CANNOT be posted as Instagram Stories. Entrant must maintain a non-private Instagram account for fifteen (15) days following the Submission Period for a Submission to be eligible.
The Post along with the caption including the required Hashtag shall collectively be referred to as the "Submission". By posting a Submission, Entrant represents and warrants that they are the rightful owner of the Submission and have all the necessary rights to use the Submission for the Promotion. Limit one (1) Submission/entry per Entrant. Submissions must be received by 11:59:59 pm PT on Tuesday, June 3, 2025. If Submissions exceed the Submission limitations, only the first eligible Submission will be considered for purposes of the Contest.
IMPORTANT: Entrant’s Submission may appear in the Sponsor’s social media stream. If Entrant does not want their Submission to be made public, they should not enter the Contest. Being selected as a featured Submission during the Submission Period has no bearing on the outcome of the Contest.
The Submission must:
- Be submitted via Instagram.
- Feature the Entrant-only describing why Entrant deserves the cushiest internship in America in thirty seconds (:30) or less;
- Tag Sponsor Instagram account (@get_coddled) in the Post comment;
- Include the required Hashtag (#Coddle_Contest);
- Be wholly original to Entrant and Entrant must be the rightful owner of the Submission or must have the rights, title and interest necessary to utilize the Submission for consideration in the Contest in compliance with these Official Rules.
- Be in accordance with these Official Rules.
- Comply with the applicable technical entry requirements for Instagram along with the Instagram Terms of Use and these Official Rules.
Submissions are subject to the following Content Restrictions:
- Submission must NOT include third parties/people, who have not expressly authorized in writing the Entrant to feature their name, image or likeness in the Submission or otherwise use such name, image or likeness in accordance with these Official Rules. If applicable, selected Winner may be required to verify such authorization in the form of a release;
- Submission must NOT include prominent mention or depiction of any copyrighted material (including but not limited to music, video games, films, books, television programming, etc.) and must not infringe on any third-party trademarks (including, but not limited to third party elements, brand names, product names, logos, insignia, location signage, photographs, artwork, etc.)
- Submission must NOT contain subject matter which is, or could be considered, in the sole discretion of Contest Entities, obscene, pornographic, violent (e.g., relating to murder, the sales of weapons, cruelty, abuse, etc.), defamatory, libelous, discriminatory (based on race, sex, religion, natural origin, physical disability, sexual orientation or age), illegal (e.g., illegal gambling, underage drinking, substance abuse, computer hacking, etc.), offensive, threatening, profane, hateful, degrading, harassing, or otherwise unlawful, tortious or objectionable;
- Submission cannot be in violation of any law;
- Submission must NOT contain any derogatory references to any Contest Entities; and
- Submission cannot communicate messages inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill to which Sponsor wishes to associate.
By entering the Contest, each Entrant acknowledges and agrees that: (a) Sponsor is granting Entrant a limited right to use Sponsor's trademarks (if applicable) solely for the purposes of the Contest, (b) any goodwill emanating from the use of any trademark shall inure solely to the benefit of Sponsor (if applicable) and its affiliates and subsidiaries, (c) Entrant shall have no right, title or interest in the trademarks (including, without limitation, those of Sponsor and its parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies), and (d) any unauthorized use of any of the trademarks other than as permitted by these Official Rules may constitute intellectual property infringement. Entrant may not use the trademarks for any purpose outside of this Contest, including without limitation, any commercial purpose.
Contest Entities reserve the right to request that an Entrant edit or completely remove any content that may intentionally or unintentionally violate the Official Rules. Contest Entities reserve the right to allow for minor fluctuations in these requirements (including, but not limited to timing) based on clear intent to comply with the Official Rules, as determined at the sole discretion of the Contest Entities. Contest Entities will determine in their sole discretion which Submissions have satisfied the eligibility requirements. The Entrant must follow Sponsor throughout the Submission Period, and for a least fifteen (15) days thereafter (for potential notification purposes). Entrant may unfollow Sponsor after the fifteen (15) day notification period.
No automated Submission devices and/or programs permitted. All Instagram terms and conditions apply. Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same Instagram account. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Submissions by using multiple/different Instagram accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods may void that Entrant's Submissions and result in disqualification of that Entrant, at Sponsor’s discretion. Receipt of Submissions will not be acknowledged. ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS MUST ENTER IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES. NO OTHER METHOD OF ENTRY WILL BE ACCEPTED. Participation in the Contest constitutes Entrant’s understanding of, full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant that Sponsor determines to be in violation of any term contained in these Official Rules. Sponsor’s decision not to enforce a specific provision of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of the Official Rules generally. Sponsor has the right to change the Submission Period and all other dates or deadlines set in connection with this Contest, at any time and in its sole discretion, and notice will be posted on Sponsor’s Instagram account.
4. RANDOM SELECTION: On or about Wednesday, June 4, 2025, a Random Selection of up to five hundred (500) Submissions will be drawn to progress to Submission Review, Evaluation & Judging (“Submission Review”). The Entrants who are included in the Random Selection of the five hundred (500) Submissions WILL NOT receive notice of their status. Sponsor reserves the right to proceed to Submission Review with fewer than five hundred (500) Submissions should there be fewer than five hundred (500) eligible Submissions received. Odds of being selected depend on the number of eligible Submissions received.
5. SUBMISSION REVIEW, EVALUATION & JUDGING/WINNER SELECTION: Immediately following the Random Selection, eligible Submissions will be reviewed and evaluated by representatives of the Contest Entities (the “Judging Panel”). Eligible Submissions will be judged in accordance with the following weighted criteria (“Judging Criteria”):
- Appeal of Submission Story: 50%
- Creativity and Unique Perspective: 25%
- Submission Originality: 25%
The Submission which receives the highest total score among all Submissions according to the Judging Criteria, as determined by the Judges, will be deemed the potential Winner, subject to verification of eligibility, completion of a background check (pursuant to Section 2) and compliance with these Official Rules. Judges' decisions are final and binding. Final Judges' scores will not be revealed or publicly announced. Sponsor reserves the right to adjust or extend the Contest Period if, in Sponsor's sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified Submissions.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Each Entrant agrees to be contacted by Sponsor directly via Instagram direct message and/or a comment on their Submission post. On or about Wednesday, June 11, 2025, one (1) potential Winner, based on the results of judging, will be contacted on Instagram either via direct message and/or a public-facing comment. The potential Winner will be required to respond (as directed by the Administrator and/or Sponsor) to the notification within seventy-two (72) hours (or a shorter time if required by exigencies) of first attempted notification to provide their email for formal notification purposes. The failure to timely respond to the notification may result in disqualification, and the Contest Entities will select an alternate potential Winner based on the judging results. The potential Winner will be required to verify address and to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, a confidentiality release and, unless prohibited by law, a publicity release and other related documents as may be required by the Contest Entities including but not limited to a work for hire “internship” experience influencer agreement (collectively, “Prize Acceptance Forms”). All documents must be returned within the time period directed by the Sponsor and/or Administrator. A prize will not be awarded/fulfilled until all such properly executed documents are returned. Contest Entities, in their sole discretion, will attempt to contact up to three (3) potential Winners of the prize (as determined by the judging results) in accordance with the above procedure, after which the prize in question may go unawarded if it remains unclaimed. Potential Winner is bound to confidentiality and is NOT permitted to publicly announce their status as the Winner (via social or traditional media) until such announcement is made by the Sponsor. A breach of such confidentiality will result in forfeiture of the Winner standing, and, in such case, Contest Entities may select an alternate Winner. Winner cannot assign or transfer the Prize to another person, except at discretion of Sponsor. Other restrictions may apply.
7. PRIZE DESCRIPTION: There is one (1) Prize available consisting of one (1) eight (8) week summer “internship” experience (the “Experience”), one (1) Sponsor sofa (from a selection of four (4) Sponsor sofa’s Winner will be reviewing for the Experience) with a maximum retail value of $3,999, and a cash Prize of up to the maximum of $10,000 USD. Maximum Prize Approximate Retail Value (ARV”): $13,999.
As a condition of receiving the Prize, the Winner will be required to document and share their experience with four (4) Sponsor sofas, provided by Sponsor for such purpose (the “Assignment Materials”), at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor will deliver each sofa to the address provided by the Winner at the time of Winner confirmation. A new sofa will be delivered every two (2) weeks, and any previous sofa removed if applicable, and Winner will be required to make social media posts regarding each sofa. Further instructions regarding the Assignment Materials will be provided by the Sponsor at the time of Winner confirmation along with the Prize Acceptance Forms. Winner will receive $2,500 in four (4) equal payments at the end of each two (2) week period throughout the duration of the Winner’s Experience and contingent on the delivery of the Assignment Materials.
Instructions regarding the Assignment Materials will be provided by the Sponsor at the time of Winner confirmation along with the Prize Acceptance Forms. The results and proceeds of all such Assignment Materials shall be the exclusive property of Sponsor. The Winner must sign the work for hire “internship” experience influencer agreement to effectuate such rights, as provided in the release agreement. Sponsor shall have no obligation (express or implied) to use any Assignment Materials, or to otherwise exploit any Assignment Materials or, if commenced, to continue the distribution or exploitation thereof, and Sponsor may at any time abandon the use of the Assignment Materials for any reason, with or without legal justification or excuse, and the Winner shall not be entitled to any damages or other relief by reason thereof. The Winner may also be required to participate in media interviews, as determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. ONLY INTERVIEWS COORDINATED AND APPROVED BY THE SPONSOR WILL BE PERMITTED FOR THE DURATION OF EXPERIENCE UNLESS APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE SPONSOR IN ADVANCE.
CONDUCT: The Winner shall conduct themselves with due regard to the public conventions and morals. The Winner shall not, while representing the Sponsor, commit an offense involving moral turpitude under Federal, state or local laws or ordinances. The Winner shall not do or commit any act or thing that will tend to degrade the Sponsor in society or bring the Winner and/or Sponsor into public hatred, public disrepute, contempt, scorn, or ridicule, or that will tend to shock, insult or offend the community or public morals or decency or prejudice the Contest Entities. Inappropriate conduct, as determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, may result in forfeiture and termination of the Experience. If the Experience is terminated early as a result of conduct, the Sponsor reserves the right to prorate the cash stipend accordingly.
8. GRANT OF RIGHTS: Each Entrant and Winner hereby irrevocably grants to Sponsor, its designees, affiliates, successors and assigns, the non-exclusive, irrevocable, fully paid, universal license to use, copy, sublicense, transmit, distribute, publicly perform, publish, delete or display the Submission, Production and Assignment Materials in any media now known or hereafter devised including, but not limited to all forms of electronic media, print media and all forms of internet and wireless protocol in perpetuity and throughout the universe for advertising, marketing, publicity and promotional purposes in connection with the Contest and other promotions. Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to edit, composite, morph, scan, duplicate, or alter the Submission, Production or Assignment Materials for any purpose which Sponsor deems necessary or desirable, and each entrant irrevocably waives any and all so-called moral rights they may have therein.
9. NATURE OF RELATIONSHIP/WAIVER OF EQUITABLE RELIEF: Each Entrant and Winner understand and acknowledge that the Contest Entities have wide access to ideas, designs, and other materials, and that new ideas are being developed by their own employees, suppliers, and/or business partners. Each Entrant and Winner also acknowledges that many ideas may be competitive with, similar or identical to an idea and/or each other in theme, idea, format or other respects and agrees that he or she will not bring any action against Contest Entities or any third parties, and will not be entitled to any compensation, as a result of any Contest Entity’s or any third party’s use of any such similar or identical material. Each Entrant and Winner acknowledges and agrees that the Contest Entities do not now and shall not have in the future any duty or liability, direct or indirect, vicarious, contributory, or otherwise, with respect to the infringement or protection of copyright, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights in and to an idea and/or Submission. Nothing stated herein should be construed to create any kind of employment relationship, contractor relationship, partnership or joint venture with Contest Entities.
10. RIGHTS OF CONTEST ENTITIES: Contest Entities shall have the right and sole discretion to disqualify any Entrants or Winners who they find to be in violation of the provisions hereof, does not fully comply with all of Contest Entities’ requirements in connection with any and all legal clearance issues, or that it finds in its sole discretion to be otherwise objectionable for any reason. The Contest Entities are not responsible for any materials provided by Entrants or Winners which are deemed harmful or offensive to others or for any harm incurred as a result of participation in the Contest. All statements and opinions made by Entrants are those of such Entrants and Winner only, and the Contest Entities neither endorse nor shall be held responsible for the reliability or accuracy of same. Contest Entities are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites that may be linked to the Sponsor’s social media accounts or website. Visitors to those sites should refer to each site’s separate term’s and conditions, privacy policies and practices.
11. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION/RELEASES: Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may designate the Administrator to handle notification and fulfillment tasks on Sponsor’s behalf. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By participating, each Entrant and Winner agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Contest Entities, which shall be final in all respects. Each Entrant and Winner hereby releases the Contest Entities and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injuries, death, losses or damages arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Contest and/or acceptance or use of the prize. The Released Parties shall not be liable for: (i) any injuries, losses, liabilities or damages of any kind including personal injury or death caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of a prize including participation in any activity or travel related thereto, or from participation in the Contest; (ii) telephone system, telephone or computer hardware, software or other technical or computer malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections, delays or transmission errors; (iii) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (iv) late, lost, delayed, stolen, misdirected, postage-due, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, garbled or unintelligible Submissions, votes, communications or affidavits, regardless of the method of transmission; (v) any inability of the Winner to accept or use any prize (or portion thereof) for any reason and such prize or portion thereof shall be forfeited; or (vi) any printing, typographical, human, administrative, technological or other errors in any materials or activities associated with the Contest. Released Parties disclaim any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participating in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with this Contest. Contest Entities reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Contest (or any portion of the Contest) at any time for any reason or should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized intervention, extenuating circumstance or other problem/cause corrupt or inhibit the administration, security or proper participation of the Contest and, in such situation, will select the Grand Prize Winner from eligible non-suspect Submissions received prior to and/or after such action or in such manner as deemed fair and appropriate by the Contest Entities. Contest Entities may prohibit Entrant from participating in the Contest or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants or Contest Entities representatives. ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, CONTEST ENTITIES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, ENTRANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE CONTEST, OR ANY AWARD AWARDED, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, AND IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS’ FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; AND 3) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
12. INDEMNITY: Each Entrant and Winner shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, actions, liability, loss, injury or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or in connection with: (a) participation in the Contest; (b) a breach or allegation, which if true would constitute a breach of any of the representations, warranties or obligations herein; and (c) acceptance, possession, grant, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage arising therefrom.
13. ARBITRATION AND GOVERNING LAW: Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, this Contest, including without limitation, any alleged violation of these Official Rules, any controversy relating to the arbitrability of any dispute, or any claim that the Contest, or any part thereof, is invalid, illegal or otherwise voidable (or void), shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action and exclusively by arbitration to be held solely in Indiana under the auspices of the American Arbitration Association and pursuant to its Commercial Dispute Resolution Rules and Procedures. Any and all claims, judgments, liabilities and/or awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with your use of the Entry Form, or otherwise accessing the Entry Form, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waive, all rights to claim, punitive, special, incidental and/or consequential damages and any other damages, other than out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Judgment upon the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. This arbitration provision shall be deemed to be self-executing, and in the event that either party fails to appear at any properly noticed arbitration proceeding, an award may be entered against such party notwithstanding said failure to appear. In no event shall any Entrant seek or be entitled to rescission, injunctive or other equitable relief, or to enjoin or restrain the operation of this Contest.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of this Contest, or the rights and obligations of Entrants and Contest Entities, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.
14. PRIVACY: Any personal information supplied by you to Sponsor will be subject to Sponsor's Terms & Conditions posted at https://www.coddleme.com/pages/terms-and-conditions. By entering the Contest, you grant Sponsor permission to share your email address and any other personal information with the other Contest Entities for the purpose of administration and prize fulfillment.
15. WINNER: To obtain the name of the Winner, send your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to the “The Coddled Intern Contest " Winner List, 2100 E. Robinson St., Orlando, FL 32803. Requests for the name of the winner must be received no later than August 1, 2025.
